Enjoyed delicious and good breakfasts, and clean hotel.
The hotel was gorgeous and the location was excellent short walk to the U6 subway, center and subway and a city centre. We stayed in a brand-new guest room with window on the backyard, AC. Everything was really good.

The staff was excellent, the location right next to U-Bahn stop was great for a short stay with a lot of activities around the city.

I liked the location of the hotel, a quick and easy breakfast that will not get hungry quickly, cleaning every day, including change of towels. Although the window and went outside, but it was not audible, and even pleasant to watch the scene (room number 205).
Only one upset - were closed three metro Un - but it was too early to get comfortable - near tram number 43 and number 5 - go to the subway - but that does not upset

Good location, nice staff, good breakfast, clean room. I like it there. Subway station Alser Strasse is right infront of the hotel which is very convinient. It is really a good value for money!

Nothing at all. The only thing that we could classify as reasonable is the shower and the free internet access in the bedrooms. Beyond this, it is a type of unpersonal lodging without any confort items or amenities. Until know I don't understand why it is classified as a 3-star hotel! It is a shame! It is not a 3-star hotel but a low quality hostel. The adds are tricky!
I hated everything without exception. The employees do not care about the guests. During the breakfast time, for example, after 9am, bread, cheese, etc. run out and there is nobody to provide more. You eat what it is leftover...You have no one to ask help in case of any special need. The bedrooms are confortless. A bed with the worst mattress I've seen in my life. Like the ones we use for camping. A small table, no rug and other item that could make anyone to fell confortable. It is not cosy at all. In fact it is a shame. The Hotel should make clear that is a much less than a budget hotel type. And they are under construction!!! It means dust!

Excellent location and service, large space for single room, breakfast is included.
Nothing bad. It would be perfect to have a hair dryer in the room.

Delicious and satisfying breakfast with a wide variety of options available. Unbeatable location just minutes away from a range of restaurants and bars, making it convenient.

The location, right at an U-Bahn station, meant that it was very easy to explore Vienna from this hotel.
Significant building work was ongoing at the hotel (8am - 5pm, Mo - Fri) and the communal areas were very dusty and the whole hotel was very noisy during this time. Although it did not affect my stay (I think the price was reduced in accordance), it would have been nice to have been informed of the work prior to check-in.

The location was easily accessible. By public transportation it was 35 mins. away from the airport and 15 mins. away from the center.
As there is an ongoing restoration, it might be a little noisy, but that was not big issue for me.
